Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Shipping within Australia will be carried out using couriers unless otherwise arranged. Pickup is not currently available. Delivery time may vary but is usually within 1 week.

International shipping is carried out using international couriers. Delivery time may vary but is usually 2-4 weeks.

PRICING
Pricing for shipments is calculated on checkout through our couriers. This will be automatically updated to match what you have ordered. 

MISSING PARCELS
All orders are shipped with insurance, if they are lost in transit we will endeavor to send a replacement within a reasonable amount of time. Please contact us at info@perplexingpuzzles.com.au and we will investigate for you.

Covid19 Delays
As with all other e-commerce, parcels are delayed due to reduced services during the covid19 pandemic. We will provide the best tracking we can, however in some cases parcels can be delayed further.
